Shifting up a gear

Change situations, restructuring and process optimization are on the agenda with my projects. My industry focus ranges from mechanical and plant engineering, automotive and aerospace to plastics and transport/logistics.

I have extensive specialist expertise in interface issues, especially with regard to cross-sector orders and simply shift up a gear to get my client back on track for success.

I generally take on projects on a second-tier management level, either as a project manager or department manager, with direct contact with the Executive Board. My leadership and management expertise really comes into its own in mid-sized companies – where I lead the complete team from interim goal to interim goal.
